My Leadership Philosophy
As an instructional leader during times of great transition, I learned that educators need the same grace, kindness, care and support that we give our learners.
Working as an Education Consultant for a SAAS company serving districts across the United States allows me to support school leaders and teachers with the compassion I learned as an instructional leader and the empathy gained from years of experience in K-12 schools.
As an Education Consultant Team Lead, I prioritize hiring education consultants with classroom, professional development, and leadership experience because those experiences allow my team to connect with our partners on a deep level. Empathy, compassion, and unfailing support are key attributes of the ECs on my team. As a leader, I constantly look for ways to support the team that so many schools and district depend upon.
Relationships can make or break a business, a team, or a school system. Strong leaders know this, and they lead by focusing on people first. Getting to know and understand the needs of those we serve should be the highest priority for a strong leader.

“Leaders become great not because of their power but, because of their ability to empower others.”
John C. Maxwell
