Parent Communication: Understanding Your Child’s Assessments

I created this highly visual representation of district local and state standardized assessments to build parent involvement with district assessments. Our district invests funds in assessments that are responsive and powerful, and I believe that if parents were more aware of the potential of adaptive assessments, they would want to know more about them. This communication piece was presented to the Director of Communication for the district website.
