This portfolio showcases some of the professional development projects I’ve created throughout my career.

Remote Learning PBIS Incentive

Fall/Winter 2020

This presentation was used to share details of a PBIS incentive that our building PBIS team created to increase active participation in online learning.

Over 75% of our K-5th homerooms participated in the incentive program. Of the 25% who did not participate, all classrooms had existing classroom PBIS incentives.

Of the participating classes, 95% of classes earned a virtual dish reward.

Of the participating classes, 89% earned a ticket to the Movie Meet.

Measurable behavior outcomes include shifts in on-camera classroom presence, decreased class tardiness, and improvement in student preparation.

Spring 2020: Zoom Support Site

This Google Site was created in collaboration with Carrie DelaCruz, the Director of Student Services at Joseph Sears School.

The purpose of the website is to communicate protocols and support for the new system of providing live, distance-learning support for students needing social-emotional support and help to stay on task.
